Competition In this program, you and I will prepare to dance together in a regional competition. Dressed for the occasion, you will perform a solo routine to a minimum of six dances of your choice with other students of a similar dance level. |
Showcase Showcases are a unique and exhilarating way to develop showmanship and camaraderie with other dancers. You can also use your routine as a solo number in a competition. A showcase will take your dancing to a new level and provide you with an unprecedented sense of accomplishment. |
Aerobics Let’s workout! Become fit, flexible and firm.Learn all the steps of Latin dancing - salsa, cha cha, samba and merengue as well as hip-hop, jazz, funk and house. Mix that with Val’s high energy and you’ve got yourself the best workout in town! |

The concepts used in this class are taken from ballet, modern, jazz, partner, pilates and yoga. Using these diverse art forms we will initiate movement and create a story using our bodies. |
